Common Terms and Abbreviations
AB = auto-buy, meaning your bid will be accepted if it is this amount or above
AKC = American Kennel Club

CC Liscence = Creative Commons Liscence.
DA = DeviantArt.com
DWB = Dutch Warmblood
EA = Egyptian Arabian
FB = Full Bubbled (refers to markings on a horse, but it does NOT raise the value of the horse).
FR/SBR = friend request
GV = Gypsy Vanner
H/J = Hunter/Jumper
HA = Humane Association
Hano = Hanoverian
HL = horseland
HLC = Horseland Coins
HLD = Horseland Dollars (the old HL currency, was replaced by the coins and are no longer used)
HP = can refer to horse points, high point or Horse Phenomena (another horse SIM game)

Mod = a moderator

NSH = National Show Horse
Peg = Pegasus

PP = player points
Premi = premium accounts/players
Prezzie = president of an official HL club.
Pro = PROFESSIONAL, meaning, it is your JOB making graphics or layout desings.

QH = Quarter Horse
RL = real life
RP = role-play(ing), some HL players frown upon this.
SB = starting bid, meaning the lowest a player wants you to bid on an animal/graphic
SEA = Straight Egyptian Arabian
SH = Spiffy Horse (another similar horse SIM game)
SJ = Show Jumping or Stadium Jumping
Stally = stalion (a grown, male horse)
tix (h-tix/d-tix) = horse/dog training tickets
TB = Thoroughbred (the breed, not referring to pedigrees)
TV = Tradng Votes, this is when two players votes for one another in the clubs they’re running for presidents in.
Uni = unicorn
WB = Warmblood
XC = Cross Country
Bald(ie) = face marking on horses.
Ban = a player is permanently banned from HL for breaking rules, and can only return if HL staff agrees to it.
Block = a player has been blocked from HL for breaking the rules, and cannot log in again for a certain amount of time OR a player can block another player from sending them messages and bidding on animals.
Boot = when a player is removed from HL for breaking the rules, but can immediately log in again.
Cleanups = accounts created to rid HL of useless horses/dogs.
Cluttered = a page with too many images, glittery things, blinking cards, etc. on. It hurts players' eyes.
Credits = stating on an image who supplied the stock images.
Crossbred = a horse that has been bred from different breeds.
Glitch = horses that were made by a fault in HL's programming. They have weird heights and/or colours.
Inbred = a horse that has another horse appearing more than once in its pedigree.
Layout = a home page design
Mod Box = a box that shows your warnings, etc. given my moderators. (only the moderators can see it)
money horse/dog = an animal used to transfer money for services/contests
Newbie = a new player, someone who has just joined.
Noob = an ignorant, annoying player, who is acting very immature. (being new is NOT an excuse for this)
Overbred = a horse that has more offspring than considered good, mostly 3+ children.
Pally = Palomino, the horse colour.
Premade = a graphic that has been made, put for sale, and then personalized for the buyer.
Racer/Famous horses = a way of cheating players out of money, they are fake.
References = players that will vouch for another player, for some sort of services delivered.
Stock = refers to images that are under a CC liscence, and are available for editing.
Tutorials = a step-by-step or walkthrough of how to do something (graphics, etc)
Unruns = auto show training classes that have not yet run and given points.
